Josh Moody is a freelance Cameraman living and working in Vancouver, BC Canada. He began his shooting career 15 years ago, managing broadcast television equipment as a service to:

WARNER BROS., DISNEY, BUENA VISTA INTERNATIONAL and DREAMWORKS SKG.

As a freelancer, Josh developed lighting and shooting skills with projects related to feature film and TV publicity, then, expanded into commercial, corporate, documentary, reality, news and entertainment news – adapting to the needs of differing environments – each day different from the next.

Since 2005, Josh Moody has split his time between Vancouver and Los Angeles, where he taps into film and television projects in both markets. Credits include TOP CHEF, HOTEL HELL, THE BACHELOR, KITCHEN NIGHTMARES, AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL, THE BIGGEST LOSER, and THE TWO CORY'S, about the lives of two child stars, the late Corey Haim and co-star Corey Feldman, among many others. He was the DP of the initial season of the Emmy nominated KATHY GRIFFEN: MY LIFE ON THE D-LIST . Another recent credit, SAW DOGS for OLN/Discovery, was nominated for a Canadian Screen Award for Photography. Currently Josh is DP for a project with RED BULL that is midway through production.

Josh's film industry and Episodic TV related publicity work includes interstitials, host wraps, Blu Ray/DVD and EPK (Electronic Press Kit), which includes behind-the-scenes, interviews, and promotional work exploring the craft of film through Vis FX, make-up, stunts and other film disciplines. Actors photographed include Halle Berry, Clint Eastwood, Ice Cube, Rene Zellewegger, Al Pacino, Val Kilmer, and Angelina Jolie to name a few.
